Marangu Route

The Marangu Route, also known as the 'Coca Cola Route' is probably the easiest of all Kilimanjaro routes, of Course, 'easy' being a relative word!
The main difference to the other routes are the permanent huts, which provide the overnight accommodation. The Trails up to the Kibo Hut are well laid out and regularly maintained. 
The disadvantage of the Marangu Route is quite clearly the fact that there is no different route for descending. In high Season there are lot of porters and climbers.
